 What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
 - Manage the SIOP process, including demand planning and capacity utilization analysis
 - Compile and analyze demand planning information and BI reports for plant and machine utilization
 - Develop monthly demand forecasts by interacting with commercial and operations teams
 - Provide raw material estimates and KPI measurements for material usage
 - Support the Director of Supply Chain in executing the monthly SIOP presentation
 What is Required (Qualifications):
 - Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
 - Minimum of 3 years of equivalent experience preferred
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI
 - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
 - Exceptional organizational, time management, and analytical skills
 How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
 - Experience in leading and training personnel
 - Proven ability to strive for continuous process improvement
 - Familiarity with supply chain management practices
