      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the permitting process for new site builds, modifications, small cells, and fiber-related projects from application through approval
      - Serve as the primary liaison with municipalities, utility providers, and regulatory agencies, addressing comments and resolving issues
      - Prepare, submit, and track permit applications with all relevant jurisdictions and agencies
      - Monitor and communicate changes in permitting laws, ordinances, or processes that may impact project execution
      - Maintain organized and accurate records of all applications, permits, and communications within the project database

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
      - 3-5 years of permitting experience in telecommunications, utilities, or related infrastructure projects
      - Proficiency in reading and understanding construction drawings and site plans
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent permitting efforts under tight deadlines
      - Valid driver's license required for local permit submittals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Google Earth and other mapping software
      - Experience interpreting zoning codes, building regulations, and environmental requirements
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and database tools
