What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize and update page structures on law firm websites using Rankings Content Helper Post Updater (RIOCH)
- Perform one-to-one sitemap comparisons, identifying discrepancies and ensuring consistent slug structures
- Conduct quality assurance checks using Bugherd, ensuring clean typography, color consistency, and responsive functionality
- Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure correct implementation of updates
- Maintain organized records of completed tasks in project management tools such as ClickUp and Google Sheets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with WordPress (Gutenberg preferred), including custom post types and structured page hierarchies
- Working knowledge of on-site SEO principles, including URL structure and internal linking
- Familiarity with Rankings Content Helper Post Updater (RIOCH) or willingness to learn
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify structural inconsistencies
- Ability to perform quality assurance checks for layout consistency and responsiveness across devices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
- Experience with Bugherd or similar QA tools
