What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide and execute the migration process for transitioning users from Company X imaged computers to Leidos imaged computers
- Assist users in configuring backups, performing imaging, and restoring data as needed
- Transfer user profiles, files, and settings to the new Windows 11 environment
- Configure and optimize Windows 11 installations on individual computers
- Provide technical assistance to end-users both locally and remotely
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Windows migration projects
- Proficiency in Trellix (FDE) and Trellix ePO for data security
- Familiarity with Beyond Trust for remote support and ServiceNow for ticket management
- Experience with Druva inSync for data backup and recovery
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with M365, including OneDrive and Teams
- Understanding of multi-factor authentication (MFA) and public key infrastructure (PKI)
- Experience with VPN support and use
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Strong organizational skills to track progress and meet project deadlines
