      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage seasonal and specialized products while exceeding revenue budgets
      - Oversee the complete sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
      - Develop and execute sales action plans for assigned products and accounts
      - Cultivate a strong network within the skiing industry and represent the employer at events
      - Deliver exceptional service to customers and travel partners through effective communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of sales experience in the skiing, luxury travel, and adventure industry
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Strong solicitation, networking, and negotiation skills
      - Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and communicate respectfully with diverse team members
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, or Communications
      - Experience with group sales
      - Advanced ski and snowboard expertise, including experience with powder skiing or heli-skiing
      - Extensive knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment and weather conditions
      - Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
