What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with local management and operations to understand and address staffing needs
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies using various sources to identify candidates
- Advertise open positions through social media and marketing efforts
- Attend recruiting events and job fairs to attract potential candidates
- Conduct presentations on employment opportunities and company culture to local organizations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and be flexible to support organizational growth
- Proven ability to take charge and work with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR Generalist work
- Advanced social media skills for organic and sponsored recruiting advertising
- Strong interviewing and networking abilities
- Energetic and magnetic personality with a good attitude
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute results
