  This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you are empowered to create memorable experiences for our guests.

  While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

  • Developing one on one relationships with guests and provide exceptional service to cultivate and maintain relationships.
  • Supporting revenue drivers such as boutique events, ticketed events, local and out of town offers.
  • Achieving quarterly slot and table game benchmarks through maintaining existing customers, acquiring new business, and converting Inactive customers.
  • Making decisions based on comp and expense guidelines to maintain appropriate profit margins.

  In a perfect world, we would also like you to come with:

  • Ability to Nevada Gaming Registration and Alcohol Awareness Certification card (Must be at least 21 years of age)
  • Minimum three (3) years host experience preferred.
  • Able to make progress/handle multiple assignments under time constraints.
