      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Direct and implement the sales strategy to grow small commercial market share in designated Midwest states
      - Meet and exceed sales performance goals, including new written premium and profit management
      - Lead and mentor a high-performance sales team to foster collaboration and open dialogue
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key trading partners and agencies
      - Analyze business trends and leverage data to prioritize resources and strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7+ years of P&C outside sales and agency-facing territory management experience
      - At least 5+ years of direct management experience with accountability for a sales team
      - Established relationships within P&C agencies in Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan
      - Strong financial, business, and sales acumen
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills
