      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform data analysis and provide recommendations to State Management
      - Support rate revisions by attending meetings, completing checklists, and resolving issues
      - Review competitor filings and consolidate insights for monthly reports
      - Analyze monthly Profit & Loss statements to identify trends and variances
      - Monitor financial goals and update forecasts regularly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Typically 2 to 5 years of related experience and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
      - Knowledge of principles and practices in the field of specialization
      - Experience in data compilation, analysis, reporting, and project management
      - Strong interpersonal effectiveness and ability to manage complex business activities
      - Understanding of how source data impacts reporting and analysis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with financial forecasting and strategic planning
      - Previous experience in the insurance industry or related business activities
      - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across functions
      - Proven track record of managing multiple priorities efficiently
      - Ability to provide ad hoc support to management in a timely manner
