What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform analysis and provide recommendations to State Management
- Support rate revisions and attend relevant meetings to resolve issues
- Review competitor filings and compile input for monthly reports
- Analyze monthly Profit & Loss statements to identify trends and variances
- Monitor and report on financial goals, updating forecasts regularly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Typically 2 to 5 years of related experience and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures relevant to the field
- Experience in data compilation, analysis, and reporting
- Strong planning and forecasting skills with a focus on data integrity
- Effective interpersonal communication and project management skills

- Experience managing complex business activities in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with data integrity and financial analysis processes
