      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a large portfolio of accounts throughout the customer journey, focusing on client success and renewal
      - Monitor client engagement and health, utilizing data to drive product adoption and expansion
      - Provide necessary support and resources to clients during each step of the Newsela Customer Journey
      - Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to enhance client experiences
      - Proactively communicate with clients to identify growth opportunities and address their needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a portfolio of accounts from post-sale through renewal
      - Proven ability to proactively engage with clients and monitor customer health
      - Experience in client success planning, with strong listening and discovery skills
      - Demonstrated history of achieving company OKRs, including renewals and adoption KPIs
      - While not required, a background in education and experience using Gainsight and Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the educational sector and its challenges
      - Experience using customer success software like Gainsight
      - Skills in data analysis to drive insights and strategies for client growth
      - Ability to personalize partnership approaches based on district goals and needs
