      If so, the EU AMZL ACES PMO team is looking for a Senior ACES Manager, PMO with a proven track record of owning and executing strategic, cross-functional projects across Europe.
      This role requires working with several teams across the company to ensure that continuous improvement initiatives to reduce EU AMZL YoY cost through productivity and cost-reduction programs are monitored and delivered. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and impacts. To be successful in this position, we seek an innovative and analytical leader who has profound knowledge/experience of AMZL operations and has the ability to design simple and practical solutions to influence senior leaders and generate savings for the business. Cross-team coordination, holding teams accountable to deliver information within set timelines, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.
      This role can be based in any of the corporate offices or delivery stations in London, Munich, Luxembourg, Milan, Paris and Madrid.


      Key job responsibilities
      • Monitor and own the health of project portfolios that require a change in operations and have a financial benefit for AMZL
      • Work directly with project owners and stakeholders to raise their ability to problem-solve for closing gaps between performance and goals
      • Develop and execute daily, weekly and monthly action plans that positively impact productivity and customer experience
      • Build and manage effective stakeholder and customer relationships up to VP level
      • Ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business; write business reviews and host periodical review session with L8+ audience
      • Use data and tools to define ways to continuously improve systems and processes
      • Collaborate closely with ACES Finance to ensure a level level of data health

      • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
      • 5+ years experience of program or project management
      • 5+ years experience of driving process improvements
      • 5+ years experience in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution environment or logistics
      • Profound knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Asana) and techniques
      • Advanced experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
      • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams (incl. Finance) up to VP level
      • Ability to work under pressure, handle changing priorities and use good judgment in a cross-functional organization
      • High level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills
      • Demonstrable problem-solving, mathematic and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment



      • PMP certified
      • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
      • Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma knowledge and experience
      • SQL or query or programming knowledge and experience
