What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Triage, detect, and investigate potential security threats, handling them according to established processes
- Deploy, tune, and maintain SIEM and Detection Engineering Platforms
- Track and understand emerging security practices and threats to enhance security configurations
- Act as an escalation point for Junior SOC Analysts regarding triage, analysis, and incident response
- Lead projects focused on service improvement and optimization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Administrative skills in multiple operating systems, including Windows, OS X, and Linux
- Experience with the Microsoft Security Stack
- Proficient in KQL or other query languages
- Understanding of basic principles of Information Security
- Clear communication and presentation skills related to security services
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with additional scripting languages
- Certified Ethical Hacker or higher
- Blue Team Security Level 1 Certification
- Proficient in Python or PowerShell
- Experience with Microsoft Sentinel preferred
