What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for incident reports, escalations, and SIEM-related questions
- Lead calls with partners for high-severity incidents, ensuring clear communication and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify detection coverage and relay updates to partners
- Troubleshoot product issues and advocate for partner needs
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and internal runbooks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday
- Demonstrated passion for cybersecurity and commitment to continuous learning
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused during high-pressure situations
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage a dynamic ticket queue
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in MSP or Help Desk roles managing tickets in tools like Zendesk
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365/Entra, particularly around identity and phishing scenarios
- Basic understanding of SIEM concepts and log analysis
- Basic understanding of networking concepts related to VPNs and IP addresses
