What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and execution of a strategic influencer marketing program to enhance brand awareness and cultural impact
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer campaigns to measure success
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer strategies with broader marketing objectives
- Draft, schedule, and publish daily social media posts while engaging with the online community
- Monitor trends and performance metrics to enhance engagement and report on campaign effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree in a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles within the aesthetics, skincare, or health industry
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Spanish is desirable

- Experience in influencer marketing and social media management
- Familiarity with content creation and digital asset management
- Knowledge of current trends in aesthetics and healthcare marketing
