      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, create, and disseminate external content across social media and digital platforms
      - Manage comprehensive social media calendars for the City and Visit Golden channels
      - Write, design, and post tailored content for various audiences including residents and visitors
      - Coordinate production and distribution of digital newsletters, ensuring timely updates and relevant information
      - Track analytics and engagement metrics, compiling monthly reports to assess effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Administration, Media Relations, Marketing, or a related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media content creation, writing, and public relations
      - Valid driver's license with a good driving record
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
      - Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and pay attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in government communications or tourism marketing
      - Proficiency in photography and videography
      - Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 AA compliance standards
      - Knowledge of municipal government operations
      - High-energy self-starter with a flexible approach to work
