What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide social media strategy aligned with business goals
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content across social media platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media results, providing insights to the PR director
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency
- Manage PR collateral for conferences, including drafting press releases and coordinating outreach to media
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; marketing or business degree preferred
- 3-5 years of work experience in a business-to-business environment
- Proven experience in building and executing social media marketing strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively

- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Demonstrated creativity in developing innovative social media and communication campaigns
