      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and maintain the daily social media presence for the Black Information Network, ensuring engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice
      - Create visually compelling social content using graphic design tools to enhance storytelling
      - Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate relevant content into the daily strategy
      - Write engaging, culturally relevant social copy that resonates with the audience
      - Track analytics and performance metrics to optimize content and improve engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
      - Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
      - Graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent tools
      - Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 news cycle while maintaining accuracy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in news, entertainment, or cultural media
      - Familiarity with social media management platforms like Sked, Hootsuite, or Later
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
