What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and grow the brand's presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content tailored to diverse regional audiences
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to implement and track social media campaigns
- Conceptualize and produce visually appealing multimedia content aligned with the brand's identity
- Assist with content localization and region-specific campaigns for key markets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in social media operations, content creation, or digital marketing
- Deep understanding of content strategies, algorithms, and best practices for various social media platforms
- Proficiency in social media analytics and performance measurement tools
- Strong ability to create and edit multimedia content using design and video editing tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts, including audience segmentation and brand voice
- Experience with cross-regional coordination and communication in a global marketing context
