What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Upload and schedule social content across various platforms
- Produce engaging photo posts for Facebook using existing tools and templates
- Maintain and post across Broadcast Channels, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook
- Support day-to-day publishing needs, including formatting, copy review, and final quality assurance
- Coordinate with Social and Ops teams to keep scheduling workflows on track
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in social publishing, community, or media workflows
- Strong familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok tools
- Detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to manage volume
- A passion for pets and an interest in social storytelling
- Proficiency in using scheduling and publishing tools like Meta Business Suite and Airtable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with basic video content creation
- Familiarity with Dash Hudson and TikTok Studio
- Background in journalism, storytelling, or content creation
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to different social media platforms
