      Day-to-Day Tasks: Provide system design, application programming, unit and integration testing of developed programs and documentation of those efforts. Programming tasks may include complete unit routines or functional routines that make up discrete parts of functional units. Programming will utilize structured COBOL.

      Software Analyst
      Studies the software application domain, prepares software requirements, and specification documents. Liaises between the software users and the software developers. Conveys the demands of software users to the developers. Skills include: working knowledge of software technology; computer programming experience/expertise; general business knowledge; problem solving/reduction skills; interpersonal relation skills; flexibility and adaptability.
      Senior 60 - 84 months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education.

      Requested Qualifications:
      • 60 months experience working directly with Oracle 12c or higher. Experience to include PL/SQL, Functions, Stored Procedures, Table handling, and Tuning business rules.
      • 60 months experience performing application development work using PL/SQL.
      • 60 months experience performing system to system integration with a third-party vendor utilizing Service Oriented Architecture.
      • 36 months experience using a shell scripting tool with Python scripting preferred.
      • 36 months experience documenting Technical and Architecture Specifications.
