What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain planning, monitoring, and reporting processes for timely project task completion
- Translate customer and business requirements into practical solutions
- Coordinate project status meetings, confirm milestones, and ensure goals are achieved
- Provide support for business solutions and investigate operational problems
- Analyze complex processes, recommend improvements, and document necessary requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and five (5) years of work-related experience, or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to nine (9) years if non-degreed
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including management and clients
- Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a time-conscious manner
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal statutes and guidelines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Power BI to design and develop interactive dashboards (Power BI certification is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling techniques
- Accredited degree or global equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline
- Experience in computer systems or IT support with technical proficiency in operating systems and programming languages
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
