- Collaborate with the team to enhance and maintain the full-stack Dematic Workflow Engine software product.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and performance.
- Currently enrolled in a program for Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other software related field.
- Must be in good standing with their college / university.
- An avid learner, who is eager develop in a full-stack environment, and learn new technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot / debug issues with existing software.
- Someone who is willing to be challenged with new and interesting software scenarios.
- A collaborator, and team focused individual.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment. We are looking for an individual to work on-location in our office.
- Design principles and patterns, as well as coding standards.
- Agile software development principles.
- Version Control (GIT)
- Experience with one (or more) of the following languages. Java, Python, or Typescript.
- Databases (Postgres) and ORMs.
- REST API design and development.
- Understanding / Experience with distributed systems. Microservices.
- Experience with container management systems. Docker. Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud hosted software.
- Native Android software development.
Join our team as a Software Engineering Intern and work on our Dematic Workflow Engine software product. You'll gain experience in developing full-stack applications, including a native Android mobile application, a Lit.js web application, and a Java Spring Boot back-end. Exposure to PostgreSQL, Python, and other scripting tools is a plus.
