What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the end-to-end delivery of essential core functionality for customers
- Build and maintain high-quality automation for the customer-facing platform
- Develop and maintain critical product areas, including identity management and workflow automation
- Collaborate with team members to iterate on new product ideas
- Support both internal and external stakeholders with robust software solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience building and operating backend systems in production
- Strong expertise or interest in web performance optimization and cloud services
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and develop user-first technical solutions
- Flexibility and dedication to collaborate within a team environment

- Experience with application security and scaling web applications
- High enthusiasm for supporting proof-of-concept prototypes alongside core components
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on empathy and collaboration
