      Compensation includes a base salary of $79,400.00 - $119,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

      Job Description

      As a Software Engineer, you will work in a collaborative team environment that encourages you to perform at your best while contributing to the engineering efforts of one of our scrum teams. You will be challenged to engineer right-sized solutions for complex business problems. You will apply your knowledge of modern software design, best practices, design patterns, and frameworks with an understanding of application performance and maintainability. You will aspire to use new technologies and challenge yourself to develop innovative solutions. You will work alongside developers and technical leads on a team where collaborative programming and mentoring are regularly practiced.


      As engineers, we are responsible for our applications, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support. We use various AWS services, including but not limited to Elastic Container Service, Lambdas, SQS, Dynamo DB, Step Functions, and RDS. If you want to work on highly performant software running at scale in the cloud, with the ability to learn new technologies and impact our ability to succeed, this job is for you. You will also be responsible for rotating on-call responsibilities with the rest of the team.

      Your Role:

      • Develop, test, and maintain applications using C#.NET.
      • Work with databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
      • Implement and maintain DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
      • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues.
      • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
      • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development/release processes and tools.

      Qualifications:

      • 18 months experience in object-oriented programming (C#, Java, C++, or similar), in a job or through schoolwork.
      • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field (or 4 years of work experience instead of education).

      • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
      • Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
