The primary mission is to translate complex public safety software architectural deployments using documentation and drawing applications into accessible, accurate, standard, and maintainable documentation for both internal and external users.

      Responsibilities:
      • Work with the software deployment teams to understand the deployment documentation deliverables and identify the gaps between sales, deployment, service and customer needs.
      • Identify methods to streamline software engineering documentation workflows.
      • Identify AI applications to increase documentation and deployment efficiencies.
      • Collaborate with the individual(s) responsible for providing input for standard system documentation packages.
      • Develop documentation standards and templates to increase deployment efficiencies and improve the quality of internal and external documentation deliverables.
      • Document high-level system designs, data flows, and microservices interactions using approved drafting applications and other documentation tools.
      • Conduct review cycles with the software development teams to validate documentation content, required changes and needs.
      • Provide training on all new documentation standards and processes.
      • Support internal documentation management system tools and initiatives

      Qualifications:

Prior experience with the deployment, integration, operations, support, or administration of Public Safety Applications.
      • Specific knowledge and expertise in the following:

        • Lucid Chart
        • Confluence

        • Microsoft Office Applications
      • Understanding of methodologies and applications used to automate the creation of technical documentation.
      • Ability to learn internal standards and quality control procedures to develop drawing packages.
      • Possess strong organizational skills and effective communications skills; both verbal and written.
      • Modify and edit drawings developed through a third party.

Target Base Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000 USD
