What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the onboarding lifecycle from post-sale handoff to successful activation of the Rezfusion Boost platform
- Oversee 10-20 concurrent projects, ensuring timelines and communication remain on track
- Gather, validate, and test client data feeds, including PMS credentials and API access
- Lead training sessions for clients and internal teams on Boost functionality and best practices
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with Product and Support teams to resolve them
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, or product support
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex client implementations
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
- Analytical problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the vacation rental or hospitality tech industry
- Familiarity with APIs, XML data, or system integrations
- Knowledge of digital marketing or OTA distribution
- Experience using O365, Basecamp, Confluence/Jira, or Salesforce/Mission Control
