What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the onboarding lifecycle from post-sale handoff through successful Boost activation, tailoring each project to client business needs
- Manage 10-20 concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and communication stay on track
- Gather, validate, and test client data feeds, including PMS credentials, API access, and OTA connections
- Lead training sessions for clients and internal teams on Boost functionality, integrations, and best practices
- Contribute to internal and client-facing documentation, templates, and process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- SaaS experience, ideally in implementation, customer success, or product support
- Project management proficiency, capable of coordinating multiple complex client implementations simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and follow-through
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the vacation rental or hospitality tech space
- Familiarity with APIs, XML data, or system integrations
- Knowledge of digital marketing or OTA distribution
- Working familiarity with O365, Basecamp, Confluence/Jira, Salesforce/Mission Control
