What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, modify, and execute software test plans and scenarios to ensure quality standards
- Analyze requirements and design effective test plans and cases
- Execute manual and automated tests, document results, and log defects
- Validate new and existing functionalities for system stability and compliance
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to identify and resolve defects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering, or 4+ years of equivalent experience
- 3+ years in software testing or QA within a development environment
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and defect management
- Proficient in at least one programming language and familiar with databases
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with wireless/network systems and test automation tools
- Basic knowledge of healthcare claims processing
- Familiarity with testing web-based applications and API testing
