What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Rate software applications, digital tools, and in-app workflows across web and mobile platforms
- Evaluate functionality, usability, navigation, content accuracy, and overall user experience
- Validate alignment with documented quality standards, requirements, and evaluation guidelines
- Assign quality ratings based on the approved grading scale
- Identify defects, inconsistencies, usability issues, and off-topic or irrelevant content
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Idiomatic fluency in the English language
- Ability to evaluate software and digital content with awareness of regional and cultural contexts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills for clear documentation and reporting
- An iOS device (iPhone, iPad) is required to perform the task
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in software quality assurance or a related field
- Familiarity with structured evaluation frameworks and grading rubrics
- Previous experience in digital content evaluation
- Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines effectively
