What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy advanced Machine Learning and Generative AI models for improved issue detection and quality assurance
- Proactively identify emerging on-road issue trends and develop data-driven strategies for monitoring and issue discovery
- Define and document new policies and Standard Operating Procedures that integrate AI tools into daily workflows
- Implement robust quality control processes for both human and AI-generated outputs, including validating vendor work
- Provide technical leadership and consultation to enhance workflows and quality, identifying issues with tools and supporting development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree and 4 years of relevant work experience in Autonomous Vehicle Software Quality Operations
- Competency in supporting all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle
- Experience with ML testing and validation, including dataset quality assurance and performance evaluation
- Strong understanding of driving rules and regulations
- Proven ability to maintain good judgment in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with offshore teams or multiple local operations hubs
- Competency in LLM/transformer models or ML for robotics domain experience
- Self-motivated with skills in task planning and time management
- Direct customer consultation experience for developing new and improved solutions
