What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze project scope and translate requirements into comprehensive manual test cases
- Develop and execute test cases in alignment with the QA testing schedule
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) training sessions with stakeholders
- Manage and track software defects, ensuring traceability to business requirements
- Collaborate with developers and tech leads to clarify and resolve reported defects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 to 5 years of experience in manual software testing
- Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile project environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical collaboration
- Solid understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience using Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience preparing test data and setting up QA environments for interface testing
- Ability to work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners
- Strong documentation skills for maintaining traceability and test results
- Experience supporting defect management and remediation throughout the testing lifecycle
