      - Base pay of $50,000-$55,000 with anticipated OTE of $100,000+

      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual unit and profit targets
      - Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients
      - Create and implement account plans to identify growth opportunities
      - Ensure clients are satisfied with solutions and services provided
      - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status in NetSuite

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
      - 2+ years of sales experience in Manufacturing, Information Technology, or Computer Software industry
      - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
      - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to account management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Sales experience with CAD software, preferably SOLIDWORKS, is a plus
      - Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
      - Strong organizational and time-management abilities
      - Ability to travel as required
