What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the configuration of solutions in collaboration with the client engagement team
- Participate in key client meetings, including requirement sessions, system demos, and user acceptance testing
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and develop user stories
- Complete configurations for user stories within Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud technologies
- Document and assign technical work to be done offshore, collaborating with developers to ensure quality deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-6+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce Partner or AWS ecosystems
- 2+ years of hands-on configuration experience with Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess business goals
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with extraordinary listening skills
- Practical exposure to Agile methodologies, including writing user stories and managing scrum calls
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Highly Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Voice Accreditation, AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Developer
- Preferred Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant
