What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead Value Realization project work with customers, focusing on planning, delivery, and follow-up to document measurable impact
- Serve as the central point of contact for individual projects, ensuring cohesive communication across all audiences
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication and alignment with customer business goals
- Drive product adoption and incremental value for customers using established playbooks
- Support program governance and management, ensuring documentation and tracking of workstreams and deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of Customer Success experience in Software as a Service or Digital Marketing, with a preference for Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics
- Proven ability to drive customer success and deliver measurable business value
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflict and foster partnerships
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and written communication skills
- Validated experience in account planning and facilitating executive meetings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Existing knowledge of software in digital marketing and/or digital media, including data platforms and content management
- Skilled at Program Management within large organizations, with a history of inspiring change across groups
- Flexibility to travel if required
