What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive cross-sell growth for Ellucian's Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance solutions
- Partner with Account Executives to identify and progress opportunities aligned to institutional priorities
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for HR & Finance, engaging confidently with senior administrators
- Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to refine messaging and competitive positioning
- Build deep knowledge of assigned solutions and stay current on higher education trends and market forces
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in a sales or solution-focused role within the higher education ecosystem
- Significant knowledge of trends and issues within HR & Finance
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior institutional stakeholders
- Deep consultative selling skills and ability to lead discovery processes
- Experience working in a matrixed environment alongside various teams
