What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell educational products and services to current customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including parents, educators, and institutions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted cross-selling campaigns
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to team goals
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of professional work experience in a customer-facing role
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve targets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce
- Basic skills in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales career
- Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Ability to quickly learn and understand educational product features and benefits
