      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Out-of-Network and No Surprises Act solutions
      - Collaborate with sales and client management teams to deliver strategic guidance and presentations
      - Analyze client-level data and provide insights to enhance decision-making and outcomes
      - Participate in training sessions for sales and client management teams on product knowledge
      - Document and maintain procedural requirements to ensure compliance and operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of experience in the healthcare marketplace
      - Knowledge of Out-of-Network claims repricing and the No Surprises Act
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
      - Excellent public speaking and communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.com

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Sigma
      - Background in traditional PPO Network plan designs
      - Familiarity with emerging technology and custom solutions in the healthcare space
