      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide multi-hour software demonstrations and training to employees, prospects, and existing customers
      - Set up, configure, and maintain demonstration databases
      - Conduct research and analysis on prospective customer needs and state requirements
      - Consult with staff at all levels of a prospect’s organization to drive needs analysis and answer product-related questions
      - Liaison with internal departments to ensure alignment with product evolution and customer needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical or behavioral health field, or equivalent work experience
      - 2+ years of experience as a Software Solutions/Systems Consultant delivering product demonstrations and/or software training
      - In lieu of systems consulting experience, 3+ years of combined experience in healthcare software sales/account management or behavioral healthcare industry roles
      - Hands-on experience with EHR or EMR systems
      - Ability to travel extensively, including overnight (up to 60% of the time)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Dynamic and professional presentation skills
      - Proficiency with Office 365 or similar productivity tools
      - Knowledge or experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
      - Strong desire to learn and enhance technical, presentation, and communication skills
      - Flexibility in thinking, planning, and execution of sales presentations
