What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze business needs and design corresponding technical solutions
- Collaborate with software engineers to ensure solutions align with technical standards
- Recommend improvements to current systems and processes
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables while mentoring less experienced personnel
- Provide technical expertise on complex issues related to business solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Eight or more years of solutions-based data processing experience in systems engineering
- Extensive senior-level Salesforce development experience
- Solid understanding of SOA and Microservices architecture
- Experience with XML, JSON, and relational databases
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 8+ years of senior-level Mulesoft development experience
- Salesforce Certified Mulesoft Platform Integration Architect
- Insurance or HR integration experience
- Knowledge of current emerging trends in the integration domain
