What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, test, and deploy programmatic solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions
- Execute complex declarative development to automate business processes using Salesforce Flow
- Support the maintenance of integrations between Sitetracker/Salesforce and external systems
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex support tickets and troubleshoot data integrity issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience, combining Administration and Development
- Proficiency in Apex and LWC, including writing triggers, classes, and components from scratch
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Flow and understanding of the Salesforce security model
- Strong experience with SOQL for data extraction and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently while collaborating on architecture
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience specifically with Sitetracker
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket)
- Experience in telecommunications or fiber infrastructure
