Within our Sourcing Center of Excellence organization (CoE), we are recruiting a E-Sourcing Execution Manager based in Hoofddorp, Netherlands.
Our Sourcing Center of Excellence is one of the new streams within Danone´s Global Center of Excellence organization - a dedicated team of experts focused on continuous improvement, bringing leading outside-in procurement practices and insights to support Danone Procurement teams in delivering business objectives.
You will be given the opportunity for developing yourself and built your career in our CoE organization, supporting buyers executing their e-sourcing activities. As part of CoE the Sourcing Execution Manager is involved in the development & selection of the sourcing strategy in accordance with the Category teams. He/She is responsible for the excellent execution of e-sourcing activities and the smooth handover of the sourcing event content to the Contract Lifecycle team.
In this role you will have a chance to be introduced to the wide range of transversal projects and work and connect with categories mainly for Indirect scope, while being part of the wider global CoE network.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide data and analytics to Category teams to build a sourcing strategy & support creation of Supplier Segmentation Models
• Execute sourcing strategy
• Prepare, execute, launch & analyze RfX/e-Auction events on e-sourcing platforms used by Danone
• Provide full data, analytics and recommendations for supplier selection to Category Sourcing Manager.
• Perform spend analysis to proactively identify savings opportunities
• Identifying ways to improve related business-as-usual processes – including the development of standard templates and processes, and identifying and implementing automation opportunities
• Execute supplier on-boarding process.
• Define, Calculate, and track performance KPI´s.
• Share KPIs in governance meetings with regions and categories
• Train category managers on the process and on the e-sourcing technologies
• Coordinate "pipeline-filling" of upcoming sourcing activities

• 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role in an international company and at least 1 year of professional experience on a leadership position
• Proven successful track record in a similar role
• Strong professional computing skills including Microsoft Office products (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
• Experience with E-sourcing technologies (Zycus, Jaggaer)
• Good problem-solving, relationship management, escalation management and influencing skills with a strong customer-service orientation
• Deep understanding of Sourcing Operations processes and best practices
• Ready to interact with stakeholders from all organisational levels
• A delivery-focused source and a team player who feels comfortable creating their own profile and credibility
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
• Ability to build and maintain highly effective and collaborative relationships
• Solid organization skills including attention on detail and time management
• Proactive self-starter with ability to take initiative.
