      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet sales objectives as agreed upon with sales management
      - Manage the full cycle sales process, including presentations and customer calls
      - Utilize CRM database for effective time and territory management
      - Conduct technical training sessions for distributor salespeople and service technicians
      - Ensure timely compliance with administrative requests and regulatory requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Three to five years of outside sales experience, preferably in technical products
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills
      - Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office applications and databases
      - Willingness to travel 65% of the time

      - Experience in selling across multiple key markets
      - Proven ability to retain and convert accounts
      - Participation in trade shows and technical product training sessions
      - Familiarity with CRM database management
