      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote and sell Engineered Valve Industrial Products through various channels including distributors and OEMs
      - Maintain and execute an up-to-date territory plan to maximize product sales
      - Conduct product information seminars and assist sales personnel in securing orders
      - Monitor distributor and representative sales action plans towards achieving sales goals
      - Provide regular sales forecasts and market trend information to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical field is preferred
      - 3-5 years of outside technical sales experience in industrial markets or a related industry
      - Experience in channel management and sale of valves or capital equipment is preferred
      - Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily and adapt as needed
      - Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time

      - Experience in the sale of valves or related products
      - Strong understanding of industrial markets and channel management
      - Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and goals
      - Ability to train and develop others in sales techniques
      - Familiarity with administrative sales processes and reporting
