- Lead and manage all aspects of the Spa operations to ensure the highest standards of service delivery and guest satisfaction;
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives;
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of spa professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork;
- Portray a professional image to maintain and enhance the reputation of the Anantara brand;
- Builds strong relationships with guests, anticipate on their needs, and ensure exceptional guest experiences;
- Maintain the Anantara standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the spa facilities;
- Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to elevate spa bookings and retail sales;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and maximize cross-selling opportunities;
- All materials and supplies need to be available in order to operate without interruption;
- Create a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, motivation, and continuous improvement;
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Hospitality Management;
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Spa Manager within a 5-star luxury Spa;
- Ability to connect effectively across diverse cultures;
- Outstanding grooming and communication skills;
- Service-oriented mindset focused on exceeding guest expectations;
- Well-organized and represents calmness;
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
- Salary based on scale 7 of the Horeca CLA and your experiences.
