- Oversee daily operations with a focus on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team to meet performance goals.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and serene spa environment.
- Perform data analysis that drives business decisions and utilization.
- Handle administrative tasks including payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting.
- Execute marketing strategies to drive membership and revenue growth.
- Monitor and maintain retail sales and inventory.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and payroll.
- Track staff schedules efficiently to optimize capacity, revenue, and profits.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with Regional Manager and Owners to support spa success.
- A dynamic leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Motivated to exceed goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Capable of balancing operational needs while exceeding customers’ expectations.
- Experience in spa or hospitality is a plus—but not required!
- High emotional intelligence and ability to lead with empathy.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Base Salary: $50,000
- Bonus Potential: $10,000+

This is an exciting leadership opportunity to help shape the culture and operations of a brand-new spa, while driving growth and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Our ideal Manager will understand the necessity of collaboration to guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through communication, coordination and reinforcement.
