What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Educate and support customers requesting to cancel their policy through inbound calls and email
- Manage high call volumes while maintaining empathy, efficiency, and productivity
- De-escalate challenging situations using strong communication skills and embodying the employer's core values
- Build authentic connections by tailoring communication styles to meet individual customer needs
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system and manage time effectively to provide exceptional service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer retention, account management, or similar roles in a fast-paced call center environment
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Proven ability to handle cancellations and renew services successfully
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing is a plus
- Experience working remotely in a private setting with reliable hard-wired internet connection
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort using technology independently
- Demonstrated success in retaining customers and handling sensitive situations with empathy
