      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls related to commercial insurance inquiries from small business owners
      - Follow communication scripts while utilizing product knowledge to assist customers effectively
      - Build positive relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing all customer inquiries
      - Meet daily qualitative and quantitative performance targets for service, productivity, and quality standards
      - Maintain a dedicated workspace with the required equipment for remote work

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish and English
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer support experience in a call center environment
      - Minimum of 2 years of remote work experience
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using CRM software
      - Strong typing skills and proficiency with computers
      - Excellent time management and decision-making abilities
      - Adaptability and accountability in a fast-paced environment
