What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls, chats, SMS, and emails, providing excellent customer support
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Research and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Follow up on written correspondence and escalate issues to management as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective problem resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- High School Diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to type 50+ words per minute
- Capability to work in a high-volume inbound call center environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, help desk, or call center roles
- Ability to type 60+ words per minute
- Familiarity with website navigation
