What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cross-sells credit union products and services to encourage a full-financial relationship with the credit union
- Able to work efficiently and effectively within multiple channels of inquiries
- Plays an important role within CU lending, utilizing CU lending guidelines and weighing CU risk when making lending decisions
- Works in conjunction with other business partners to ensure adherence to all established Federal regulatory guidelines
- Advises and assists members in making informed decisions regarding their accounts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum six months of customer service or call center experience
- High school graduate or GED
- Basic computer operating skills, intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Type a minimum of 35 words per minute preferred
- Training is 7 Weeks Monday-Friday
